Job Summary:
We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused AV Support Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in Audio-Visual (AV) systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to Video Walls, LED Walls, Video Wall Controllers, Projection Systems, or DLP Cubes. This role is well-suited for professionals with a support background who are also open to gradually transitioning into a customer-facing or sales-oriented role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for AV systems at client sites
Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and preventive checks for AV equipment
Handle L1/L2 support issues and ensure timely resolution as per SLAs
Assist in commissioning of AV solutions including video walls, LED displays, and projection systems
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution
Maintain service reports, logs, and documentation for all support activities
Provide on-site and remote support across multiple locations in India
Support presales and sales teams during demos, POCs, and client discussions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Technical Expertise (Any of the Following):
Video Walls / LED Walls
Video Wall Controllers
Projection Systems
DLP Cubes
AV Integration and basic networking
Required Skills:
Basic to intermediate understanding of AV systems and components
Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with signal flow, display technologies, and AV control systems
Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, connectivity) is a plus
Willingness to learn and transition into a techno-commercial / sales role
Good documentation and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field
Experience working with AV system integrators or OEMs is an advantage
