Web Designer — Pune (Full-time, On-site)

We're hiring a Web Designer to join our Pune team and help shape how our clients' brands look and function online. You'll design responsive, user-focused web pages, work closely with developers and marketers to bring those designs to life, and keep pushing designs forward based on real feedback and usability testing — not just gut feel.

Day to day, you'll be creating layouts and visual assets, making sure everything holds up across devices and browsers, and thinking about performance and accessibility as part of the design process, not an afterthought. You'll also sit in on client conversations and be expected to bring ideas to the table, not just execute a brief. Given the range of industries we work across, you'll rarely be designing the same kind of site twice.

What we're looking for:

1) Solid web design and responsive design skills, with a real focus on UX and performance

2) Graphic design chops — you can build visual assets and layouts that stay on-brand

3) Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript, enough to collaborate properly with developers

4) Comfort in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator

5) A working understanding of UX/UI principles, accessibility, and cross-browser quirks

6) Strong communication skills — you'll be in the room with clients and cross-functional teams regularly

Agency or digital product experience is a plus; a design or digital media background helps but isn't a dealbreaker if your portfolio speaks for itself
