Job Description

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience. The candidate must have hands-on experience with Figma and should be able to design clean, intuitive, and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

• Design user-friendly and visually attractive interfaces for web and mobile applications

• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma

• Conduct basic user research and usability testing

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and team members

• Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides

• Improve existing designs based on feedback and requirements

• Ensure consistency across all designs and platforms

• Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends and best practices

Tools You Must Know

1. Figma (Mandatory)

2. Prototyping and wireframing tools

3. Adobe XD / Sketch (optional, not mandatory)

4. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (good to have)

Requirements

1. 1–2 years of UI/UX design experience

2. Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility

3. Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma

4. Good visual design sense and attention to detail

5. Clear communication and teamwork skills

6. Problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have (Preferred)

1. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

2. Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (Figma links preferred)

3. Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
