To conceptualize, develop, establish, operate, and manage an online and offline marketplace platform connecting individuals, organizations, and institutions with third-party vendors offering event-related services, including but not limited to venue booking, event planning, decoration, catering, photography, entertainment, audio-visual setup, logistics, hospitality, and ancillary arrangements for weddings, corporate events, social functions, exhibitions, conferences, and other gatherings.

The platform shall enable discovery, comparison, booking, and coordination of such services through digital interfaces, mobile applications, and vendor management systems, and undertake all related activities including customer support, vendor onboarding, marketing, payment facilitation, rating systems, content creation, and technological development in India and abroad.
