Job description:

Key Responsibilities -

1 - Design & develop HVAC System including chilled water system ,VRF,VRV,DX SYSTEMS & Ventilation &

2 - exhaust systems.

Perform cooling and heating load calculations using software/tools(e20,HAP OR equivalent)

3 - prepare HVAC Design drawings,layouts,schematics and BOQs using autocad/revit

4 - equipment selection for chillers,AHUs,FCUs,pumps,cooling towers,ducting & piping.

5 - coordinate with archiitects,structural,electrical,plumbing teams for integrated design.

6 - support project execution team with design clarifications and technical documents.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPENTENCIES

1 - STRONG KNOWLEDGE of HVAC Design principles and calculations.

2 - Proficiency in AUTOCAD (REVIT MEP PREFERRED)

3 - Ability to prepare technical reports, BOQs and specifications.

4 - Good communication & coordination abilities
