Urgent Hiring- Graphic Designer (Male)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for digital platforms, including social media, websites, Brand Collaterals and digital advertisements.

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop design concepts, layouts, and visual assets that meet client requirements and objectives.

• Design engaging and interactive user interfaces (UI) for websites and digital applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and coherence across all visual elements and communication materials.

• Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, icons, and infographics for various marketing collaterals and campaigns.

• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices in graphic design, user experience (UX) design, and digital marketing.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and creativity within the team.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, vision, and design preferences, and effectively communicate design concepts and revisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across digital and print media.

• Excellent creative and conceptual skills with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and visual aesthetics.

• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.

• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas to clients and team members.
