Position Overview:
As a graphic designer at our software company, you will be responsible for translating complex concepts and ideas into compelling visual designs that enhance user experience and engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to create cohesive and impactful design solutions that align with our brand identity and product goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Visual Branding: Develop and maintain visual branding guidelines, including colour schemes, typography, and iconography, to ensure consistency across all digital assets and platforms.
2. Graphic Design: Produce high-quality graphics for various purposes, such as website banners, social media posts, email newsletters, and marketing materials. Create eye catching visuals that effectively communicate key messages and promote brand awareness. 3. Illustration: Create custom illustrations and icons to complement design projects and enhance visual storytelling. Develop unique visual elements that differentiate our products and convey their functionality and value proposition.
4. Motion Graphics: Conceptualize and produce animated graphics and videos for product demos, tutorials, and promotional content. Use motion design techniques to bring static designs to life and engage users through dynamic visuals.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to understand project requirements and objectives. Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to achieve optimal outcomes.
6. Research and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices. Conduct research to gather inspiration and insights that inform your design decisions and keep our products at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a software or technology company. 3. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding materials, and digital graphics.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
6. Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Familiarity with web design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
