Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join Brick And Wall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing compelling visual content for print and digital media, editing high-quality promotional videos, and creating engaging content for social media platforms. This role requires someone with a strong aesthetic sense, storytelling ability, and a deep understanding of brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics for social media posts, banners, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and digital teams to conceptualize and deliver creative campaigns.

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.

• Create and optimize content for various platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, editing techniques, and real estate marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design preferably in the real estate or advertising sector.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an advantage.

• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and creative thinking.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a real estate company or property marketing agency.

• Knowledge of branding, color theory, typography, and layout design.

• Familiarity with real estate industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

• It is a Full Time గ్రాఫిక్ / వెబ్ డిజైనర్ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
