Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience in marketing and advertising. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual thinking, excellent visual storytelling abilities, and the capability to create high-performing creatives for digital campaigns. You should be able to transform ideas into visually compelling designs that engage audiences and drive results.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in designing advertisements, social media creatives, branding materials, and marketing campaigns while staying up to date with the latest design trends, AI tools, and digital marketing practices.
Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, landing pages, branding, and paid advertisements.
  

• Develop original concepts and campaign ideas aligned with marketing objectives.
  

• Create engaging, conversion-focused, and viral ad creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  

• Translate marketing briefs into compelling visual designs.
  

• Create strong visual storytelling through graphics, layouts, typography, and branding.
  

• Design static creatives, banners, carousels, presentations, and promotional materials.
  

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content, and Video teams.
  

• Deliver creative assets within deadlines while maintaining brand consistency.
  

• Stay updated with design trends, advertising strategies, and social media best practices.
  

• Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve creativity, efficiency, and workflow.
  

Required Skills

• Strong conceptual thinking and creative ideation.
  

• Ability to create innovative design concepts from scratch.
  

• Excellent understanding of marketing, branding, and advertising.
  

• Strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  

• Ability to create scroll-stopping and conversion-focused creatives.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Photoshop (Advanced)

• Adobe InDesign (Preferred)
  

• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro (Preferred)
  

• AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.
  

• Strong portfolio showcasing advertising campaigns, branding, social media creatives, marketing collateral, and concept-driven designs.
