Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualization: Translate strategic marketing directions and briefs into high-quality visual designs.

• Asset Creation: Design diverse assets, including social media graphics, websites, brochures, packaging, and presentations.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials align with established brand guidelines, color theories, and typography rules.

• Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketing teams, and stakeholders to produce creative assets for campaigns and product launches.

• Revision & Refinement: Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and revise layouts based on constructive feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Design Principles: Strong understanding of layout, contrast, hierarchy, white space, and color theory.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, time management, and the ability to multitask across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio).
