Telecaller / Sales Coordinator

Location: Noida Sector-8 / Block-E, 21-C
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer queries professionally.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects.
Coordinate with the sales team for meetings, orders, and follow-ups.
Maintain customer data and update records regularly.
Explain company products/services to customers clearly.
Assist in preparing sales reports and daily call reports.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
BA / Any Graduation.
1 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller / Sales Coordinator.
Experience in sales support or customer handling will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.
₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
Salary will depend on previous salary and relevant experience.
