Job Title: Telecaller
Company: iFuel Private Limited
Salary: ₹10,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers via phone.
Convert leads into successful sales or business opportunities.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Follow up with prospective customers to ensure lead conversion.
Coordinate with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
