Job Description – Telecaller / Rider Engagement Executive

Position: Telecaller / Rider Engagement Executive
Location: Vadodara City
Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, recruitment, rider hiring, or field operations preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective candidates/leads and motivate them to join Delhivery as Delivery Partners/Riders.

• Explain the rider onboarding process, earning opportunities, requirements, and joining formalities.

• Follow up with leads regularly and ensure maximum conversion from lead to active rider.

• Make daily calls to existing riders and ensure they log in and work every day as per business requirements.

• Drive and maintain 100% rider attendance/login adherence through regular calling and follow-ups.

• Track riders who are absent, inactive, or not logging in and take immediate follow-up actions.

• Coordinate with DC/Operations teams to ensure rider availability as per daily manpower requirements.

• Ensure zero rider shortfall/attrition as per the required manpower plan and continuously work on replacement hiring wherever required.

• Maintain daily calling, joining, attendance, login, and rider activation reports.

• Identify rider issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

• Achieve daily and weekly targets for lead conversion, rider onboarding, login, attendance, and rider retention.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Strong follow-up and target-oriented approach.

• Ability to coordinate with riders and operations teams.

• Experience in rider hiring, telecalling, recruitment, or logistics will be an advantage.

• Rider lead-to-joining conversion.

• Daily active rider/login percentage.

• 100% attendance/login adherence.

• Rider retention and replacement closure.

• Reduction in rider absenteeism and inactivity.

• Achievement of daily/weekly manpower requirements.
