Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation

• Prospect leads via cold-calling, field marketing, networking, and bank databases.

• Approach walk-in customers professionally within branches or retail partnerships.

• Conduct on-field activities in high-traffic hubs like malls and corporate offices.

Sales Pitching & Consulting

• Deliver persuasive pitches highlighting interest rates, rewards, and cash-back features.

• Evaluate client needs to match them with the right credit card product.

• Overcome consumer objections skillfully to close daily financial sales.
