Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Type:Field job in the urban areas of Jaipur and nearby towns

**Role:** Lead generation through marketing campaigns and channel partner development.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Lead generation through marketing campaigns**

- Run marketing campaigns when and where required, through:

- Canopy setups in markets, malls, colonies, societies and events

- Door-to-door visits in target residential areas

- Meetings with RWAs and housing societies

- Pamphlet and brochure distribution

- Promotion through WhatsApp and social media

- Awareness camps in residential and commercial areas

- Explain rooftop solar, PM Surya Ghar, subsidy and savings to prospects.

- Enter every lead on the Sitvik online system the same day, with complete details.

**2. Channel partner development**

- Approach potential channel partners and explain Sitvik's products and services to them.

- Onboard channel partners and register them on the online system.

- Train partners for lead generation and direct sales.

- Track partner leads on the online system and maintain regular contact with partners.

**3. Targets and reporting**

- Meet monthly lead and channel partner targets.

- Share a daily activity reports

**Qualifications**

- Graduate in any discipline

- Field marketing experience preferred

- Good communication in Hindi

- Own bike and a valid driving licence (mandatory)

**Compensation**

- Salary: minimum ₹15,000 per month plus incentives

- Fuel reimbursement: paid by the company
