Bliss Red Pvt. Ltd. is a growing real estate company specializing in residential and commercial property sales. We are looking for an experienced, target-driven, and customer-focused Senior Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle company-generated leads and convert prospects into sales

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits

• Follow up with prospects, negotiate deals, and close sales

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Build strong relationships with clients, builders, and channel partners

• Maintain lead and customer details in the CRM

Candidate Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in B2C Sales

• Prior Real Estate Sales experience preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets

• Graduate; MBA preferred

• Two-wheeler mandatory
