Position: Sales Manager & Senior Sales Manager

📍 Location: Pune

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and interview)

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle residential real estate sales and generate potential leads.

* Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable high-rise residential projects.

* Manage site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.

* Follow up with clients regularly and convert leads into successful bookings.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

* Coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure smooth sales operations.

Requirements:

* Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred.

* Candidates with experience in residential property sales will be given preference.

* Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

* Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.

* Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
