Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Sell Contact Center, CCaaS, CX, SaaS, Cloud, Telecom, and related technology solutions.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting through CRM tools.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience in Contact Center, SaaS, Telecom, Cloud, or IT solutions sales is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
