Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Executive to support sales activities, generate leads, convert customers, and achieve sales targets. The role involves customer interaction, follow-ups, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining sales records.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Identify and generate new leads through calls, visits, and references
Explain company products/services to customers
Conduct cold calling and follow-ups
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales
Customer Handling
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Sales Operations & Reporting
Maintain customer and lead data in Excel / CRM
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with operations/accounts team for order processing
Market Support
Collect market and competitor information
Support promotional and marketing activities
Share customer feedback with management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
Graduate in any discipline
MBA / PG Diploma in Sales or Marketing – Preferred
Skills
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle cold calls and customer meetings
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Good follow-up skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in sales / field sales / tele sales is an advantage
