Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads for logistics and transportation services
Acquire corporate clients, SMEs, and e-commerce customers
Understand customer logistics requirements and propose suitable solutions
Negotiate rates, contracts, and service terms with customers
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and pipeline updates
Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-ups
Track market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Proven experience in logistics / courier / transport sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of FTL / LTL / courier operations
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication
Willingness to travel for client meetings
Preferred Experience
Sales experience in courier, transportation, fleet, or supply chain companies
Existing client network is an added advantage
