Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and close sales opportunities with OEMs, panel builders, contractors, and industrial plants.
Account Management: Build and manage long-term relationships with key B2B accounts to secure repeat business.
Consultative Selling: Analyze customer BOQs/specifications to propose the right product combinations and prepare competitive quotations.
Negotiation & Closure: Lead price negotiations, finalize commercial terms, and coordinate with internal teams for timely order delivery.
Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years in B2B sales (Electrical, Switchgears, Cables, or Industrial Hardware).
Education: Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related technical field preferred.
Skills: Strong knowledge of industrial electrical components, excellent negotiation skills, and willingness to travel for client visits.
