Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling existing clients, understanding their requirements, and driving sales for our range of custom awards, recognition products, and corporate gifting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new leads through calling, networking, references, online research, and other sales channels.

* Identify potential corporate clients and develop new business opportunities.

* Handle existing clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.

* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products and solutions.

* Follow up with leads, quotations, and prospective clients to convert opportunities into sales.

* Conduct regular client communication and ensure a smooth sales process from enquiry to closure.

* Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details as required.

* Coordinate with internal teams such as design, production, and operations to ensure timely execution of client requirements.

* Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Develop opportunities for repeat business and upselling/cross-selling.

Requirements

* 2–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Client Handling.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

* Experience in lead generation and converting leads into business.

* Client relationship management experience is preferred.

* Should be confident, presentable, proactive, and target-oriented.

* Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and basic CRM processes will be an advantage.

* Female candidates are preferred.
