Key Responsibilities:

- New Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients for facility management services like housekeeping, security, pantry, horticulture, and manpower supply

- Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, industry visits, and references

- Tender Handling: Identify tenders on GEM, CPP, and private portals. Coordinate with tender team for bid submission and follow-ups

- Client Meetings: Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and present company capabilities

- Proposal & Pricing: Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements as per client scope

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business and upselling

- Market Research: Track competitors, market trends, and pricing in the FM industry

- Target Achievement: Meet monthly target/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets

- Coordination: Work with the operations team for smooth service delivery and client onboarding
