Job Summary
Responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and promoting facility management services like housekeeping, manpower supply. Requires extensive field work, client meetings, and relationship building to drive revenue growth.
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients – corporates, societies, malls, hospitals, schools, corporate company, factories – through field visits, cold calling, and market research
Client Meetings: Pitch company services, explain service models, and give presentations to admin-HR
Target Achievement: Meet monthly/quarterly revenue and lead targets set by management
Reporting: Submit daily visit reports, pipeline updates, and follow-up status in CRM/excel
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
MBA Marketing preferredExperience: 2-4 years in B2B field sales, preferably facility management, manpower, or related servicesSkills: Excellent communication & negotiation, self-motivated, MS Office, bike + driving license.
