🧾 Job Description

Paytm Payments Services Limited is looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to grow our merchant network. The role involves on-ground sales, merchant acquisition, and relationship management for Paytm payment solutions (QR, Soundbox, POS, Payment Gateway).

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Visit local markets and onboard new merchants (shops, restaurants, businesses)

Promote Paytm services like QR payments, Soundbox, POS machines

Explain product benefits and close sales deals

Maintain strong relationships with merchants

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Provide after-sales support and issue resolution

Collect KYC documents and complete onboarding process

🎯 Requirements

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Fresher or 0–3 years in sales preferred

Good communication and convincing skills

Willingness to travel locally (field work)

Basic smartphone handling knowledge

Self-motivated and target-oriented
