We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets by visiting customers in assigned territories.
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits.
Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Good knowledge of local market and territory.
Valid driving license (if required).
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Willingness to travel extensively.
