📢 We’re Hiring | General Trade (GT) Sales Representative
Industry: Pharma / Perfume
Location: State-wise / Field Role
🔹 Job Role & Responsibilities
Visit 20–40 outlets daily including kirana stores, local chemists, wholesalers, and distributors
Generate secondary sales and ensure order collection from assigned territories
Appoint, manage, and coordinate with distributors/stockists
Ensure product availability, visibility, and scheme execution at retail outlets
Build strong relationships with retailers and channel partners
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular feedback
Support credit handling and collections where applicable
🎯 Targets & KPIs
Achieve daily and monthly volume targets
Improve outlet coverage and repeat orders
Drive consistent sales growth in assigned territory
🧠 Skills & Requirements
Strong field sales and negotiation skills
Ability to build long-term relationships with shop owners
Good understanding of local markets and routes
High energy, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
🧾 Preferred Background
Experience in Pharma, Perfume, or Cosmetics industry
Prior exposure to General Trade sales is mandatory
