Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Field Sales & Marketing Manager to promote our Digital Marketing and PR services exclusively for the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong personality, excellent communication skills, and a target- and result-oriented approach, capable of building long-term relationships with doctors, surgeons, clinics, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Digital Marketing and PR services to doctors, surgeons, clinics, and hospitals

• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations with healthcare professionals

• Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Explain digital marketing solutions such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Promotion, Online Reputation Management, and PR

• Build trust-based relationships with healthcare clients

• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and campaign execution

• Monitor competitor activities and healthcare market trends

• Maintain client records and prepare regular sales performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales / healthcare marketing / digital marketing sales

• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing & PR services

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Professional appearance and confident personality

• Target-driven, result-oriented, and self-motivated

• Ability to work independently in the field

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales (experience in healthcare or digital marketing preferred)
