Job Description:
Generate new business opportunities and identify potential clients.
Handle sales enquiries and understand customer requirements.
Prepare and submit quotations and commercial proposals.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into orders.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
Coordinate with estimation, design, production and project teams.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Visit client sites, consultants and project locations when required.
Maintain regular records of enquiries, follow-ups and sales pipeline.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
Required Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and convincing ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Knowledge of PEB/Steel construction will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
