We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at ARK Speciality Chemicals Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹75,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new customers and business opportunities for surfactant products. • Manage existing customer relationships and identify account-growth opportunities. • Conduct regular customer and market visits and generate qualified leads. • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/internal teams for suitable product solutions. • Follow up on enquiries, samples, quotations and orders through closure. • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, documentation and delivery. • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements. • Maintain customer records, sales pipeline, visit reports and MIS.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
