Devrath Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic Project Sales Executive for field sales and business development.
Experience Preferred: Fire doors / metal doors / clean-room doors / door hardware / architectural products.
Candidates from related industries such as laminates, veneer, plywood, hardware, construction materials, cement, sand, tiles, sanitaryware, HVAC, fire-fighting, Furniture and other building-material industries may also apply.
Job Responsibilities
Visit architects, consultants, builders and contractors.
Identify new and upcoming projects.
Generate project leads.
Obtain BOQs, drawings and specifications.
Get Devrath Industries products specified/approved.
Generate enquiries and quotations.
Follow up with customers and project teams.
Convert project enquiries into orders.
Maintain project and customer databases.
Achieve monthly sales and project-generation targets.
Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of relevant field/project sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the construction/project market.
Ability to meet architects, consultants, builders and contractors independently.
Ability to identify new projects and collect BOQs.
Willingness to travel extensively.
