Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and promote our outdoor and radio media offerings. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients across government, corporate, PSU, and private sectors.

• Promote outdoor media, radio campaigns, and integrated marketing solutions.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and generate sales leads.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and media plans.

• Coordinate with field/operations teams for site inspections, installations, and campaign execution.

• Meet monthly sales targets and submit regular performance reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in media sales (outdoor or radio preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
