Branch Sales Manager

• Own complete monthly business targets for Gold, Silver, MGIP, and GL settlements.

• Drive volume generation through walk-ins, referrals, data leads, and field activities.

• Ensure closure of big-ticket customers and high-value business.

• Monitor daily business numbers and close gaps proactively.

• Lead and monitor CREs, Marketing Executives, and Operations Executives.

• Assign daily targets and ensure 100% task execution.

• Conduct daily morning meetings and end-of-day reviews.

• Ensure zero excuse culture and result-driven performance.

• Personally handle key customers and negotiations.

• Conduct customer visits for high-value or sensitive cases.

• Ensure excellent customer experience and repeat business.

• Strengthen local references, tie-ups, and networking.

• Ensure all transactions follow company SOPs and compliance norms.

• Coordinate with Operations Executive for documentation, settlements, and closures.

• Maintain branch discipline, cash safety, gold safety, and audit readiness.

• Ensure zero deviation and zero customer complaints.

• Plan and execute local marketing activities in the branch catchment area.

• Monitor field marketing effectiveness and lead quality.

• Promote ongoing offers, campaigns, and schemes.

• Submit daily and monthly business performance reports.

• Track branch KPIs: walk-ins, conversions, ticket size, lead pipeline.

• Escalate risks, shortfalls, and support requirements in advance
