Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, exhibitions,
digital inquiries, and market research.
• Identify and approach potential customers across industrial, commercial, hospitality, infrastructure,
and project-based sectors.
• Handle both office-based sales activities and field sales visits.
• Attend customer meetings, conduct product presentations, and deliver product demonstrations.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with production, operations, dispatch, accounts, and management teams.
• Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer meets, and customer events.
• Collect customer feedback and market intelligence.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management.
CRM & Lead Management
• Handle leads from CRM, website, social media, WhatsApp, and email.
• Contact customers promptly and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Update every lead accurately in the CRM system.
• Maintain Excel records of inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and orders.
• Ensure proper documentation of customer communication.
• Generate lead and conversion reports for management.
