Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate
Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and generate sales through leads, references, and walk-ins.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly targets.
Coordinate with CRM, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth sales processing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Location: Western Mumbai (Borivali to Andheri)
