Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market. This role involves overseeing daily operations, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through effective team management and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives/agents.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and property developers.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Conduct regular training sessions to improve team performance and industry knowledge.

• Oversee property listings, presentations, and client negotiations.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Report on sales metrics, forecasts, and team performance to senior management.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

• 1+ years of experience in real estate sales

• Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team.

• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry regulations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
