Quualification – Post Graduate

Experience -  Mimimum 8 Yearss

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

   • Drive sales for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services

   • Identify and acquire new clients across corporate, industrial, and commercial sectors

   • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

2. Client Relationship Management

   • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients

   • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

   • Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts

3. Market Analysis & Strategy

   • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

   • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share

4. Proposal & Contract Management

   • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and cost estimations

   • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals

5. Team Leadership & Coordination

   • Lead and mentor the sales team

   • Coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery

   • Ensure alignment between client expectations and execution

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

   • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports

   • Track KPIs and report performance to senior management

7. Networking & Brand Representation

   • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings

   • Expand professional network to generate leads
