Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – Real Estate to lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent convincing ability, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and handle the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential/commercial projects

• Guide and motivate team members to improve performance and close deals

• Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, follow-ups, and conversions

• Train and mentor sales executives to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners

• Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value deals

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews

• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in real estate sales, with team handling experience mandatory

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects

• Local market knowledge will be an added advantage
