We are now looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team and expand our B2B client base in Noida and the surrounding regions.
Role Summary
As the Area Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind revenue growth.
You will manage and mentor a team of Sales executives while actively engaging in client acquisition.
This is a player-coach role: you will lead from the front, strategize, and execute sales plans to grow our MSME client base.
Key Responsibilities
ü Own and achieve sales targets for digital marketing, branding, and advertising services
ü Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Executives.
ü Develop and implement effective sales strategies, processes, and pipelines
ü Personally engage with MSME clients, understand their needs, and close high-value deals
ü Identify new business opportunities and markets in Noida & NCR
ü Track, report, and optimize team performance metrics
ü Ensure smooth collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations teams
ü Foster long-term client relationships and repeat business opportunities
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
ü Proven experience in B2B sales of services (digital marketing, branding, advertising, or IT services preferred)
ü Team leadership experience, managing sales professionals.
ü Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
ü Strong market understanding of MSMEs and local businesses in Noida/NCR
ü Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
ü Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently
