Job Description:
Sales Team Leader – In-house & Field Sales
Lead and manage the In-house and Field Sales Team.
Manage clients, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Allocate leads and monitor individual/team sales performance.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure timely responses.
Work closely with Manufacturing/Workshop Team for order planning and execution.
Prepare and monitor sales targets, pipelines, and monthly sales plans.
Ensure smooth coordination from lead generation → quotation → order confirmation → production → delivery.
Train and guide the sales team to improve conversion and customer handling.
Maintain strong client relationships and generate repeat business.
Take ownership of overall team sales performance and client satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Experience in the Healthcare / Medical / Rehabilitation / Therapy industry preferred.
Fluent in Hindi & English – both verbal and written.
Presentable, confident, and good communication skills.
Strong client handling, negotiation, and team management skills.
Experience managing In-house & Field Sales Teams will be preferred.
Immediate Joiner preferred.
