Key responsibilities
Lead generation: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, emails, and social media.
Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Needs analysis: Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their specific business requirements and challenges.
Product demonstration and presentation: Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the company's IT products and services.
Proposal and contract management: Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and contracts, and negotiate terms to close sales.
Sales pipeline and reporting: Manage the sales pipeline from lead to close, and maintain accurate records in a CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
Target achievement: Work to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Industry knowledge: Stay current on the latest IT industry trends, market developments, and competitor products.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as marketing and technical staff, to support sales initiatives and ensure client needs are met.
Event participation: Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote the company's offerings.
