#Role Description

Identify and develop new customers in the assigned territory

Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and market mapping

Promote and sell air compressors/Piping and related industrial products

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions

Prepare techno-commercial quotations and negotiate orders

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business

Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-ups

#Qualifications

BSC/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or relevant technical qualification

0–5 years of experience in selling capital goods preferred

Experience in products such as Motors compressors, pumps, cooling towers, chillers, piping, valves, or industrial equipment will be an added advantage

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

Compensation & Benefits
