• Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and field visits.

• Contact prospective customers and explain property features and benefits.

• Arrange and conduct site visits for clients.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain customer records and sales reports.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities.

• Assist customers throughout the booking and documentation process.

Requirements
