Job Title: Senior Sales Executive / Manager – Channel Expansion & Regional Sales (Valves)

Job Overview

An established, industry-leading valve manufacturing brand is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to drive expansion into new market channels. This role requires active regional travel across Maharashtra and neighboring states to build brand presence, meet key stakeholders, and secure high-value industrial and government projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Regional Travel & Field Outreach: Travel periodically across industrial belts in Maharashtra (e.g., Pune, Nashik, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Nagpur, Raigad) and adjacent states (e.g., Gujarat, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh) to meet clients and expand territory coverage.

* Government Liaisoning: Meet with regional government departments and authorities to secure project approvals, empanelment, and tender wins.

* Contractor & Consultant Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings with government contractors, EPC firms, and industrial consultants to get the brand’s valves specified in upcoming project tenders.

* Industrial Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively target and visit manufacturing plants, process industries, and new project sites to generate leads and initiate business relationships.

* Channel Partner Network: Identify, negotiate with, and appoint new stockists, dealers, and distributors across key regional hubs.

Key Requirements

* Experience: 2–5 years of sales experience in industrial valves or related industrial engineering equipment.

* Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across Maharashtra and neighboring states for client visits, site inspections, and business development.

* Industry Networks: Prior exposure dealing with state government bodies, infrastructure contractors, and industrial consultants.

* Sales Capabilities: Strong cold-calling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a track record of expanding new territories.
