About the Role

Migti Industrial Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive, dynamic, and result-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to expand our client base and work in sales team. The ideal candidate should be having strong communication skills, lead generation, client engagement, and market strategy, with a passion for driving business growth in the industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

• Independently generate new business leads through cold calling, field visits, and detailed market research, approaching the clients and converting the prospects into Business.

• Identify new market segments and potential clients to expand the company’s reach.

2. Client Acquisition & Engagement

• Conduct meetings to strengthen long-term relationships and explore expansion opportunities.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to drive closures.

3. Targets

• Candidate should be target oriented and ready for mutually decided monthly sales target.

• Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

• Experience in B2B industrial Sale

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to take initiative in the field.
