Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Conduct client calls and meetings to explain company offerings
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
Maintain regular follow-ups to close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ year experience in Sales / Business Development (Freshers welcome)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Target-oriented mindset
Self-motivated and energetic personality
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Driving License
