Job Summary

Maa Electrical Company is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our electrical contracting, consultancy, and turnkey electrical solutions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of handling B2B sales in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.

• Meet architects, builders, consultants, contractors, industries, and corporate clients.

• Promote the company's electrical contracting and turnkey project services.

• Prepare and submit quotations and proposals.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.

• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business.

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the technical and project teams for smooth project execution.

• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.

• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong sales and business development abilities.

• Basic knowledge of electrical products and systems.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong presentation and customer relationship management skills.

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification

• 12th pass(Undergraduate)

Experience

• 0-6 months of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electrical, construction, or infrastructure industry.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
