Eligibility Criteria

1. Graduate in any stream.

2. Minimum 6 months of field sales experience (Home Loan Sales experience preferred).

3. MBA in Marketing freshers will also be preferred.

4. Candidates with prior BFSI experience will have an added advantage.

5. Must be comfortable with field sales activities.

6. Must possess a two-wheeler.

7. Must be willing to travel within the city and nearby areas whenever required.

8. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

9. Candidates must belong to the local area.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential home loan customers.

• Promote and sell Home Loan products.

• Meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.

• Build strong customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
