Lead Generation - Source prospective customers through door-to-door visits, residential society campaigns, cold calling, and local area mapping.
Product Pitching - Explain broadbandfiber features speed, data limits, bundles, match plans to customer needs, and conduct product demos.
Sales Closure - Negotiate prices, finalize contracts, and collect necessary documentation ID, address proof for onboarding.
Relationship Management - Act as the primary point of contact for new customers, handle initial level queries, and pass technical issues to the support team.
Target Achievement - Meet or exceed specific daily, weekly, and monthly targets for new connections, revenue, and customer acquisition.
Market Mapping- dentify new housing societies, commercial complexes, and unpenetrated areas to expand the ISPs network.
