We’re Hiring: Customer Relationship Executive
Location: Noida Sector 73 (Onsite | Full-time)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct follow-up and feedback calls with clients
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries
Address and resolve client grievances effectively
Maintain data in Excel and present reports to management
Call on abandoned cart/card data to convert hot leads

Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Problem-solving mindset
Prior experience in customer handling is preferred
Experience: 2+ years (preferred)
